Team Registration
To participate in the AAU Baseball Points System, each team administrator should register on this site. Select the “Register A Team” link on the left hand side of the screen and enter the requested information. After you enter this information an email will be sent to your email address with an authorization code. Upon receiving the email, Login to this site (Login option is located at very upper right hand side of the screen) and enter the authorization code when requested. At this time you may select the “Team Administration” link on the left hand side of the screen, which will direct you to a page that will allow you to enter your team information. That's all there is to do. From this point on your points will be accumulated as you play in sanctioned events.

Tournament Director Registration
To participate in the AAU Baseball Points System select the “Tournament Director Registration” link on the left hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the registration screen, you will be asked to enter a Tournament Director Authorization Code. This is a code that your District Director will provide when you are approved to host AAU Sanctioned Events. Upon completion of the registration page, click the “Register” link. This will automatically send an email to the site administrator to authorize you to begin entering tournaments. You will receive an email stating that you have been registered on the site with an authorization code. Later you will receive another email saying that you have been authorized as a tournament director. After you are authorized, you may login to the site (Login option is located at very upper right hand side of the screen) and additional links will appear on the left hand side of the screen to allow you to “Add Tournaments” and “Administer Tournaments” already entered. As a side benefit, the information entered about a tournament includes information that teams can use to search for a tournament to enter. Using the “Administer Tournaments“ option, this information can be edited later if anything changes. As teams enter your tournament, there is an option to select teams as participating in your tournament. By the start of the tournament you should have selected all of the teams participating in the tournament. At the completion of the tournament there is an option to award points. At this point all of the teams that participated will be displayed with a place to enter their finish position. You will enter each teams finish position and then select the option to award points. The system will automatically determine how many points each team should get and add them to their points total. All of these options are available by selecting “Administer Tournaments” and then selecting the tournament that you want.
